3 Ways To Control Your Thoughts Before They Control You

We are the exclusive creator our your own reality. Our thoughts are magnetic, and we attract what we radiate into the universe. If your thoughts are constantly dissenting, you're going to attract just that. When you give positive energy, you'll receive positive energy in return. In order to be successful, we need to learn how to control our thoughts before they control us.

1.Retrain your brain. The secret is to train your mind to see the good in every situation. If you can't change something, change the way you think about it. Stop dwelling on things you're unable change. Instead, learn to look at the situation from another point of view. Choose to alter your perception and make the conscious decision that you are no longer going to allow yourself to be ruled by your negative thoughts. If you're constantly allowing negative thoughts to overrule you, how are you ever going to enjoy a positive lifestyle? Choose to make conscious decisions that are going to uplift you. The entity of our lives revolves around our choice of perceiving reality. Change your thoughts, change your life. Sounds simple, right? Not quite. The trick is to coach your mind into becoming self-motivated. If you want something badly enough you will always find a way to make it happen regardless of how challenging it might be.

2. Become your own biggest fan. If you have a subliminal belief that you are unable to achieve something then chances are you never will. Build yourself up, even when you're struggling. Reassure yourself that you're doing the best you can, and strive to do better. When you're able to keep your focus, you're able to achieve anything and everything you set your mind to, as long as you allow yourself to. If you allow doubt and the apprehension of failure to control your thoughts you will never accomplish your goals. Instead of saying "I can't" or "I won't", tell yourself that you CAN and you WILL. Nobody is going to believe in you if you don't believe in yourself first.

3. Stay in control of your inner-dialogue. Become more aware of what you allow to take up space in your life. Acknowledge what's positive and negative and evaluate whether it deserves a spot in your life or if it needs to go. When you're self-aware you're able to make decisions that benefit you.

Your thoughts control your reality, and you control your thoughts. Once you're able to utilize your thoughts in a constructive manner you will foresee positive changes. Take it upon yourself to create your own reality. Don't let your brain control you.
