The study followed 810 individuals ages 18 to 65. They found that the participants who had 6 or fewer hours of sleep averaged 1.2 inches in waist circumference more than those who get 9 hours of sleep.

What are you do to?

Instead of thinking that 6 hours of sleep is “good enough”, invest in yourself by sleeping longer. If you want to not gain any more body fat, it is quite simple. Sleep. There is no easier program for someone to follow than to just get more plain old fashioned sleep.
