The Supplements You Need For a Successful Detox

Before you begin your detox, you need to make sure you educate yourself on how best to go about it, and you need to get the necessary supplies to ensure your success. The Difference between Food Elimination and Detoxing

An elimination diet involves removing foods from your diet that you suspect your body can't tolerate well. The foods are later reintroduced, one at a time, while you look for symptoms that show a reaction. A detox incorporates an elimination diet as well as supplements which will support the liver in the detoxification process.  

What Supplements Do I Need?

  • Grape seed :Antioxidant

  • Green tea: Very potent antioxidant and promotes digestion

  • B-vitamins: Converting food to metabolic energy

  • Selenium :A powerful antioxidant and helps rid the body of heavy metal toxins.

  • Zinc: Necessary for the functioning of more than 300 different enzymes

  • Taurine:helps to regulate the absorption of fats and fat soluble vitamins
